Although I no longer live in the Happy Valley area, this little coffee shop still holds a very special place in my heart. To me, this is the quintessential neighborhood spot, where you can grab a cup of Joe to-go, or just sit and sip for a while with friends. Elevate is the first place I remember having a Dirty Chai latte, and to this day, their Dirty Chai is what I compare all other Dirty Chais too. I don't know if it's the tea they're using, or their espresso blend, or even the ratio. Whatever it is ... it's a memorable drink that I crave from across the country. I always make it a point to stop for one when I'm back home visiting family in Phoenix. Elevate's service is fast and friendly, and their food is simple and tasty. I haven't tried the crepes that everyone raves about, but I can speak to the the grilled cheese with bacon. This was my go-to meal for long study sessions in high school and college.

Staff is always super nice. The vibes are laid back, and it's usually always busy. Food is good, I'm a huge fan of crepes. They have savory and sweet crepes. I try to change it up every time I get one. My fave drink there is an iced caramel macchiato with either soy milk, coconut milk or almond milk. I love the flavor of their coffee beans, it's very well balanced and any time I'm in the area I try to stop off there. Aside from delicious crepes, they have pastries. My fave pastry there so far was the caramel brownie. It was huge, rich, and sweet without feeling sickly sweet.

Let me start off by saying that good crepes are hard to find in the Phoenix area and this place has fantastic crepes. I ordered a banana nutella crepe for my little one and a breakfast crepe with egg and cheese for myself and both were wonderful! As for the coffee, it was okay. I ordered a cappuccino and my drink order got messed up so I ended up trying a coffee drink with caramel drizzled on the top. It was a good drink, but too sweet for me. They promptly and graciously replaced the drink I had ordered. The cappuccino was good, but not the best cappuccino I have ever had. Ambiance: it looks so inviting outside (though it was too hot to sit outside when I went), but I found it to be too noisy inside because of the acoustics inside the store that amplified conversations.

Came in for something sweet, ordered Large fresh squeezed lemonade and a cheese danish. Great customer service. Place was super packed with morning rush but managed to get in and out less than 5 minutes. Lots of tables and chairs inside and outside. Plenty of parking within the Norterra Shopping Center. Good vibes with a super chill environment inside. Waking distance to Harkins Movies almost next door.

Found this coffee shop on the way into work! Customer service was good and my order came out fast. I got an iced Carmel macchiato which was pretty good and their avocado toast. The avocado toast was soooo good and had crispy bacon on top. I just wish the bread was a little bigger.

Perfect day to enjoy an iced drink and a Rice Krispy treat! The weather was ideal for coffee and treats!

Cute place & good coffee We were in the area and found Elevate on Google maps. It's in a shopping center and (for us) was a bit hard to get to because Google maps wasn't clear on the location. There's tons of parking because it's in a shoping center which is great. Seating: There's indoor and outdoor seating plus a variety of table sizes. There were a lot of people working/studying so they must have a good wifi option. Coffee: Their coffee was surprisingly good ! I had the Cafe frappe and my partner had a plain cold brew. We were both really satisfied with the flavors. Plus they made our drinks pretty quickly ! Layout: The space was a bit awkward, especially around checkout where things were quite cramped. The food counter, cashier, and drink pickup were all in the same area plus a table was quite close so it was very congested (especailly as people came up to try to read the menu too). Restrooms: Their restroom was a bit small but nice and clean. Overall seemed like a solid coffee shop
